Black Sugar Ginger Rum Cow 흑당생강드럼카우

RECIPE

[INGREDIENTS]

1 ts 흑당생강차 , 버터 10g, 다크럼20ml, 바닐라익스트렉 2dash, 80도로 데운 우유180ml, 설탕 3t, 시나몬파우더 1t, 넛맥 1t
1 ts of ginger steeped in black sugar, 10 g of butter, 20 ml of dark rum, 2 dashes of vanilla extract, 180 ml of milk warmed to 80°, 3 ts of sugar, 1 ts of cinnamon powder, 1 ts of nutmeg

1. 따뜻하게 데운 머그잔에 다크럼20ml, 바닐라익스트렉 2dash, 80도로 데운 우유180ml, 설탕3t, 흑당생강청 한큰술, 버터 10g, 시나몬파우더 1t, 넛맥 1t를 넣어준 후 잘 섞어준다.
Put 20 ml of dark rum, 2 dashes of vanilla extract, 180 ml of milk warmed to 80°C, 3 ts of sugar, 1 tbsp of ginger steeped in black sugar, 10 g of butter, 1 ts of cinnamon powder, and 1 ts of nutmeg in a warm mug and mix well.

2. 시나몬 파우더를 위에 살짝 뿌려준후 시나몬스틱으로 향을 입혀준다.
Sprinkle cinnamon powder and add a cinnamon stick to flavor.
