Korean Pork Meatball 돼지고기두부 동그랑땡

RECIPE

[INGREDIENTS]

흑당생강차 작은스푼, 돼지고기 다짐육 300g, 두부 300g(1모), 당근, 양파 반개, 대파 1개, 청피망 반개, 홍피망 반개, 굴소스 1스푼, 맛술 1스푼, 매실액 작은스푼, 간장 1스푼, 소금, 후춧가루, 밀가루 1스푼, 전분가루 1스푼, 계란 1개
1 small ST black sugar ginger tea, 300g minced pork, 300g tofu, 1 carrot, 1/2 onion, 1 green onion, 1/2 green bell pepper, 1/2 red bell pepper, 1 ST oyster sauce, 1 spoon cooking wine, 1 ST green plum syrup, a pinch of pepper, 1 ST soy sauce, a pinch of seasoned salt, 1 ST flour, 1 ST starch powder, 1 egg

1. 돼지고기는 키친 타올로 핏물제거, 두부는 면보에 물기 제거하고 채소들은 다져준다.
Remove some blood on the meat using paper towels and moisture on the tofu using cotton cloth and chop all the vegetables.

2. 생강청 작은 스푼, 굴소스 1스푼, 맛술 1스푼, 매실액 작은스푼, 후춧가루 조금, 간장 1스푼, 맛소금 조금, 밀가루 1스푼, 전분가루 1스푼, 계란 1개를 넣고 잘 치대어준다.
Put the minced pork, tofu and chopped vegetables in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon ginger extract, 1 spoon oyster sauce, 1 spoon cooking wine, 1 teaspoon green plum syrup, a pinch of pepper, 1 spoon soy sauce, a pinch of seasoned salt, 1 spoon flour, 1 spoon starch powder and 1 egg. Mix all the ingredients and knead.

3. 동그랑땡모양으로 빚어서 밀가루-계란물 순서로 입혀서 기름두른 후라이팬에 노릇노릇 구워 준다.
Make small balls. Roll the meat balls on the flour and dip in the egg wash. Put some oil on a frying pan and cook the meat balls until they are turned to golden brown.
