Stir-fried Pork with Peppers 고추잡채

RECIPE

[INGREDIENTS]

흑당생강차 1 ST, 잡채용 돈육 300g, 청주 1 ST, 간장 1 ST, 전분가루 2 ST, 매실청조금, 후춧가루 조금, 청피망, 홍피망, 양파반개, 고푸기름, 마늘 1 ST
1 ST black sugar ginger tea, 300g pork, 1 ST cooking wine, 1 ST soy sauce, 2 ST starch powder, a small amount of green plum syrup, black pepper, 2 each of green bell peppers and red bell peppers , 1/2 onion, 2 ST pepper oil, 1 ST crushed garlic

1. 잡채용 돈육 300g에 청주1큰 술, 생강청 1큰 술, 간장 1큰 술, 전분가루 2큰 술, 매실청 조금 후춧가루 조금을 넣고 밑간 한다.
Season 300g pork with 1 spoon cooking wine, 1 spoon black sugar ginger tea, 1 spoon soy sauce, 2 spoons starch powder, a small amount of green plum syrup, pinches of black pepper before cooking.
2. 청피망 홍피망 2개씩. 양파는 반개를 채 썰어둔다.
Shred 2 each of green bell peppers and red bell peppers and 1/2 onion.

3. 고추기름 2큰 술에 마늘 1큰 술을 넣고 볶다가 재워둔 돼지고기를 넣고 거의 익었을 때, 채썬 채소들을 넣고 굴소스 2큰 술을 넣어 채소가 숨만 죽을 때까지 재빨리 볶아준다.
While stir-frying 2 spoons pepper oil and 1 spoon crushed garlic, add the marinated pork and cook. When the pork is almost cooked, add chopped vegetables and 2 spoons oyster sauce and quickly stir-fry until the vegetables are parboiled. Serve immediately.
